re: Ann: Notice of Annual General Meeting/Pro... So what happens if no gas is found prior to the AGM because the project is a dud that has been drilled previously and everyone votes not to issue the shares to Camac, but Camac have already sold them?

Do LRL fire of the share buy back program and force the share price up to 30c for them to buy them back to return to the company and we give them back the project? Or do they just get cancelled and they run off with the money and the project?
