    re: Ann: Notice of Annual General Meeting/Pro... Perhaps the buyback was put in place as a safety net, knowning CAMAC could potentially just dump their holding.

    I'm sure the buy back would kick in below 17 cents should there not be the buying we have seen of late to support it.
