    Whoops!!!.....My only excuse for missing this info was that I was lazing about around the Greek Islands when the Final Report came out and took my eye of the ball.
    Notwithstanding this oversight I view the tone of the announcement to be positive and forward looking.....which has been sadly absent in the past.

    But....I still think it sounds like a soap powder.
