Are you referring to a share issue structure based on share price performance Banksy? I'm happy for him to earn a consulting fee, or Directors fee without it being linked to share price performance ( as long as the fees are fair and reasonable). Happy that he (and his Dunlevy colleagues) will have a holding too as incentive to grow the company.
Reading his credentials again gives me great confidence about the direction of Jameson.
