What a strange notice of AGM how can a chairman be re-elected when he has never been elected. For that matter is he really chairman at all. Aren't directors required to put themselves up for election at the next general meeting. Boulder had a general meeting recently and Mr Sultzer did not seek election. So one can only conclude that he is not currently a director.
We can only ask what is going on at the top level of Boulder, who is running the show and how competent are they? Will they ever execute?
