re: Ann: Notice of Annual General Meeting/Pro... Please correct me if I’m wrong, but my reading of this is that they want to change their long term "rewards" scheme as the existing EPS based targets will be unachievable after the capital rising.
I don't normally bother casting a vote at AGMs but this time I’m voting against. I am also considering voting against the re-election of any directors and that were on the board in 2007, when the majority of the ill-fated acquisitions were made (and the share price was some $4).
John Douglas, the new MD can’t be blamed and will hopefully rebuild Coffey, but I think he needs to earn his strips before getting a pay increase.
