This Source of Dividends amendment to the constitution is interesting. I'm understanding it to mean that NBS doesn't need to make a profit to pay dividends. So essentially as long as the directors keep on making up intangible assets it will satisfy the criteria for them to have assets > liabilities and then they can pay any money in the company out as dividends. This will be a good way for them to recoup their losses as a result from their constant buying in an attempt to prop up the share price from the 40 cent level all the way down to the 10 cent level.
