My main gripe is that the current SP does not reflect(by a long way) the true value of the company at its present point as described in recent announcements. To set the option price at current sp + 30% means the exercise price will be somwhere around 63; that is not a price any SH can be satisfied with and does not warrant a "performance bonus" to the directors. If the exercise price was set at 100 I would not have any concerns; the directors may still make a lot of money but if they do, so do all s.holders.
