re: Ann: Notice of Annual General Meeting/Pro... Agreed fisho, its the number of shares to be allocated thats the biggest concern. The number is too high. Having allocated say 1,000,000 if those were then sold on market at a later date, it could have a negative impact to all of us "mum and dad" investors. 100,000 would be more appropriate, with further options allocated at key prices thereafter (all north of $1.00).
