re: Ann: Notice of Annual General Meeting/Pro... I agree with you Stagman and Doogsie. The number of options is well out of proportion to the performance. Also, the option price of 30% above market is well short of where the true value of the shares should lie - if you believe Ian Finch (and I certainly do !)The proposal is also poorly timed, just when the company needs to attract more capital. Investors are universally sick of this self-serving attitude by directors and such actions are enough to put many people off a small cap newbie company like this. I will be voting against the resolutions and urge other s.holders to do the same. I have no objection to rewarding directors for their achievements but the reward has got to be in proportion.
