Been following it for years and has been on the watchlist for ages.I note that they rate the production tests of Nuevo Malolos- 1 and Malolos- 1 as having a high chance of success. All depends on whether you accept that formation damage was the cause of the initial failures and whether they are likely to do any better this time. Been burnt by these reentries in the past. The trouble is these small outfits usually have to try and do it on the cheap. I guess the $5M MC is low enough to provide some floor should Cebu fail again. The surrounding limestone reef plays may provide enough excitement to get the shareprice back up again to get your money back. France and the Canning maybe less so. Also fairly illiquid so a big stake is not possible. Lack of liquidity would also make it hard to try and get in on favourable news from Cebu.
