Whilst I agree if management had the taso underwritten and exercised the options early asap and converted edeo options tas owns 45% of all edeo it would close the gap of tas to ede ratio and help ede push for growth.
I very much doubt a capital raising will happen in tas due to the fact taso will be converted pre edeo expiry and both being so in the money
