I like the doc & his values , nothing like the Perth miners (ripoff shareholders ).When he passed on the running of IRC I thought it was because RWD was full steam ahead to production but IRC is now full steam ahead to production .

I thought maybe he doesn't have the confidence for the final 10% of running to production process on IRC but RWD is so close to production that his major skills were better served here .

IRC was sitting @ .045 & in no time hit .140 & now fluctuating on news & the Doc got it to the point where IRC doesn't need him which is good news for us , the boxes are slowly getting ticked off & I feel that the timeline to production is still realistic.

Looking forward to the Doc passing RWD on for the last 10% to production.
