I have read them and see what your are talking about. Like you say change of name and direction, but also a change of personal and major SH's which is what caught my eye. The major SH's have some skin in this and have a paid a bit for them (compared to current SP) which keeps me guessing a bit.

The delayed JORC is no help for the SP at all. It really needs to be released by years end by IMO I don't think it will be (I hope I'm wrong)

Anyone with some knowledge have a guess at what a good JORC will be?
