Difficult to understand the rationale behind some of the resolutions presented for the AGM.

Directors elections? If not by rotation(longest serving up for re-election), then the whole board should be standing for re-election executive or not.

Change of Name? Very amateurish with the choice of Pacific Dairies, from a branding, marketing even a value adding opportunity later they have totally divorced themselves from being an Australian company producing clean green Aussie produce. If a name change is so necessary there has been NO thought put into the process.

Shareholder engagement is non existent to the 1200+ shareholders. No update on the FIJI trip or feasibility study as per the company announcement after the EGM(3 MONTHS AGO). Oh forgot the shareholders outside of the top 50 do not need to be informed as to their company's happenings due to the majority of shares being held by the Directors and their associates.

Expect all resolutions to pass!!
