    The new director is making changes and things are heading in the right direction

    Note

    1. The new secretary is the secretary of PGC
    2.The share registry is the share registry of PGC
    3.The auditors are the auditors of PGC
    4.They are doing a buy back of un marketables just like PGC did in the early clean up period


    This will take a while but seems to be heading in the right direction
