If my memory serves me correctly, SJ wasn't even prepared to take up his full entitlement during AGS's hour of need early last year and now they want to grant him the option to acquire almost 4% of the company.

Perhaps he(SJ) indicated he would resign when AGS was in their hour of need. (The last Court Action) Perhaps he changed his mind for one reason or another! imo

If anyone goes to the AGM, you could ask him!
