Will be interesting to see if the new institutions flex their muscle. Might make for an interesting AGM should they do so.
If my memory serves me correctly, SJ wasn't even prepared to take up his full entitlement during AGS's hour of need early last year and now they want to grant him the option to acquire almost 4% of the company.
