The whole thrust of the proposed resolutions appears to bedirected to maximising their ability to issue new shares without reference to shareholders.
resolution 7 if approved would enable management to issue 25% of issued capital in the next year.
Resolution 4 appears to place no limit on their ability to reward each other with unspecified options.
This all gives the impression of preparation for desparate measures to keep the company afloat in the coming year.
No wonder the share price is sinking!
