Options for 20% above the average share price seems a bit light, 50% would be more reasonable considering a 20% rise in the sp still leaves majority of shareholders in the red. Why should they they be in profit when we aren't?
As for the placement, when is the average shareholder going to be offered anything at a discount?? Probably only when the big boys lose interest.
