L/B has not yet extended Closing Date which is currently 8 July - I think they can give notice of extension at last minute - or any time up until then - so could be today? who knows

Also they have not changed the payment Terms of the Offer.
So if we accept under Offer, we don't get paid until Offer Closes.
So we could be left waiting for months, if L/B just keeps on extending the Offer Period

Also if we accept Formal Offer, then we cannot deal in our shares - ie if we accept formal offer and the market price jumps, then we cannot sell on-market because we have already agreed to accept the L/B formal offer.

And now SP is already above Offer Price!
