2,Recently NWE is very active. As I mentioned before, I believe NWE has leaked sth for us. Actually it already has a JV partner.but it is interested about the whole basin not only for TP/15. I believe one of the conditions may be :NWE hold more than 50% of EP413.

3, NWE not really need to pay the 500k right now, could be within some time.

4, This is absoultely a bargain as Jingemia production will be increased to 1050 BOED as earily as next month.

5, Jingemia oil field plus Puffin can provide NWE potential 3-4 million cash income per year. Puffin update can be anytime. New survey on the way(potential 700 MMbbl)
