indeed, word just out is that they have 3 parities involved in this deal and it sounds like a dutch auction of who gets the deal

there is also talk that all 3 parties may get involved but with different percentages depending on the capital theyre each willing to put on the table

As this may sound like insider info, i have to stress that this is just a rumour told to me by someone who knows someone who knows another etc and that i have no direct knowledge of any of this
