If NST are over-committing on the expectation of continuance of gold prices as they are falling, and the gold price has one of its down periods, and cash flow falls short, asta la vista, baby. The other question is the commitment to the MLX offer legally enforceable as a contract under Contract Law.
Meanwhile MLX has a bonanza find below its Ranger deposit in the NT which no doubt is being explored as I write. maybe if the bad thing happens MLX with its cash might pick up NST...you never know.
