CTP has a total resource of about 2.6m oz at 3.1 g/t. The Groundrush U/G resource is about 1m oz at 4.8 g/t and is projected to produce between 120k to 140k oz p/a when operating.
Whilst the global resource number is attractive to add to the NST bottom line for facts and figures purposes, it is the U/G mine potential coupled with the CIP plant at 1.2mtpa that is the $50m EBIT potential.
There is also exploration potential in and around the 43 pits that were mined from the 1980s to about 2004.
