NTA: MLX 76 cents, NST 37cents
Cash at bank: MLX ~$100,000, NST ~ $76,000
Net Current Assets: MXL ~$100,ooo, NST ~ $94,000
Of course NST have a bit more earnings grunt at the moment. They also have some debt.
This deal is worth ~~~~ Net profit before tax of $50 mill per annum for 5-10 years plus other synergies to the winner.
Bring it on.
