Having drafted a number of HOA's in my career I can tell you that they do more often then not contain 'get out clauses'. Your comments that they don't simply demonstrates your ignorance on the matter.
Unless MLX want to offer more it's over so any talk of mud throwing and a court hearing is complete and utter nonsense.
