There will be zero in hoa about a better bid allowing cancellation. Hoa determine the deal has been concluded subject to matters the board needs to have approved by shareholders or funding being structured. , etc. It sets out the obligations of parties leading to conclusion of administration of sale.
This will be very interesting. I reckon there will be a lot of mud thrown leading to perhaps a court hearing if MLX wants tam that badly or if egos come into play make a point. I think MLX came out on top on one of their other acquisitions that played out this way but neede to pay more for it. Anything could happen in this case.
