JID, A HOA was signed and usually these are binding pending finalisation of sale. Whilst these things have happened prior, it does not end well usually give the hostility created. I honestly don't believe MLX directors can let this go without contesting it.

Anyway MLX in TH, watch this space for now. Note conditions precedent to tanami deal for NST is that the HOA with MLX is terminated!!!! Very interesting what MLX will want as compensation IMHO, may just be the difference between NST deal getting done, unless NST fund it. Interesting times ahead.
