    This is a fantastic offer for RND/TBR shareholders with an extreme premium attached ($85m) above the $65m value of there 49% stake in JV.

    If RND/TBR shareholders vote no they would likely just get a lower offer further down the track.

    NST ownership is the only way to unlock value for shareholders whether you are holding RND, TBR or NST.
