It sounds like your only complaint is from the perspective of TBR and RND. Personally, as a NST SH, I hope (and fully expect) Bill to play hard ball and screw every last cent out of them. It’s up to the Boards’ of those aforementioned companies to protect the interests of their own SH (of which NST is one). It’s a win win for us. If the deal proceeds, we secure the ownership and we recover some of the payment as a possible cap return or special div.
That’s exactly the type of deal I want OUR leadership to construct. It may be suboptimal for the other SH but that’s their problem. They will accept the offer as they need to and Bill knows that. Leave the egos at the door and let the Boards of RND and TBR decide how to be maximise value for SH today.
