Why don’t you get up to speed on what has happened here. It’s not about negotiation it’s about strong arm tactics that are being forced upon TBR/RND shareholders through an application made to the takeovers panel.

Billis needs to take this to the Federal court to put the brakes on this nonsense, but the ironic thing for NST shareholders is that he might just take the deal. He has extracted the gold hoard out of TBR/RND through the big dividend and it has been distributed to the related party owners and all of us. He might just go with the $150 million value as he is now rich enough in anycase. If he accepts this value then he believes it’s pretty close to the mark and he is a smart guy who has seen out 6 previous JV partners on the EKJV so should know the “real”value better than most. I’ll give you the big tip. If Billis let’s this happen, even when he is being strong armed, it puts the real value of NST up in lights to see for anyone who is not blind.

Billis has plenty of money and could fight this out in the courts for as long as he wants. If he doesn’t do this the joke will be on the small shareholders of his own companies and NST shareholders as it just highlights how radically overvalued NST actually is. Esh
