I'm a bit pissy, I have to be honest. The acquisition looks great, but why are we raising $175m when we've got half a bil in cash and investments, and even more when you take into account undrawn facilities. I'd be much happier if they'd drawn on their existing reserves or even drawn down on debt rather than increasing the share count. $175m is no drop in the bucket either - that's 25m new shares on the register.
