You'll see more of these smaller deals as NST approach other stretched and stranded small resources around current operations that have good prospects without an avenue to develop economically.
$1.45m/$120m(est current NST cash) = 1.2% of cash and in no way affects dividends or cash.
$1.45m/220k oz = $6.60 per resource ounce. GOOD
This is no big deal and is very good for ALY considering the 1% NSR. As for NST, snooze on this one unless exploration pulls up something significant.
