    Just on SAPS, Western Power provided six of them free of charge to six farmers in the Esperance area.

    They were free of charge because current (NPI) regulations do not allow them to sell power from off grid systems.

    Until regulations change, CCE are unable to access that market through the state owned utility.

    I am thinking edge of grid and defence offers the best opportunities right now.
