    The multiple capping orders began to appear after the cap raising shares were issued so the capper is somebody who took at least 10% of the cap raising shares. Maybe 24%.

    Anybody here know who this could be? Would be good to get ASIC to take a look


    145m shares changed hands yesterday so around 20% of the whole registry just yesterday
