Share structure is more akin to OTC Pinks sheets company . Board needs to enhance value of existing assets and stop ''looking over the fence'' at the snow beyond. This is not a real estate company but an oil exploration company. It is not a Country Club either.
I am no longer impressed by the meanderings which indicate to me a lack of a sure foot on the accelerator pedal, yet with a keen eye on rewarding themselves.
Find the oil, get it out of the ground and sell it at a profit for the benefit of the shareholders. That's the mission statement.
Get on with it.
