While we know that we are fully funded to drill Winx, post the drill, the bank balance would not be in a healthy position. If we are to flow test or there are overruns there would be no money for this.

Shareholders are being given the chance to "chip" in at this low price. I'm pretty sure based on previous CR's completed through institutions, this one would also have been filled many times over. If they were given the chance.

Often after a CR the BB's are clogged with chat that "again LTH's have missed out and Dave is looking after his mates". Here is your chance.

88e are trying to build and mature a portfolio of oil assets at the same time as the oil price recovers. Obviously Icewine 2 was disappointing but was never a guarantee. While the unconventional has moved slightly left of stage the conventional has moved front and centre.

Now seems a good time to remind everyone that when Dave was asked at the recent London Investor Presentation what his expected timeline for a conventional farm-out was, he reiterated, that he wouldn't have said this year if he didn't think it was achievable.
