Hmmm, wonder if the Chinese have their eye on this.
They are always conveniently on hand to pick up shares from failed raisings.
Then its off to 20-30% via above market placements along with other "independant" holders often sub 5%.
Then its usually dump any non-compliant board members and issue massive amounts of shares to more "independant" parties hence diluting all the original holders out of the picture.
Hmmm, wonder if the Chinese have their eye on this.They are...
