    I don't understand these numbers. The capital raise was about $6.2m? but the improvement on the balance sheet looks like about $10m less in debt and $3m more in cash? What am I missing or misreading? It looks like a $12-$13m dollar improvement. Has some of the debt just been forgiven? I'm confused.
