Very true Joe. I like the fact that the board are finally dealing (partially) with the debt issue that was holding the company back. Every time you looked at it, the debt figure vs mkt cap just did not provide the comfort people would like. I think this could get interesting if a few more contracts are announced on the back of this capital raising.
