Dear Mr Chairman,
I won't be participating in the rights issue unless you can convince me between now and the close that the purpose of the issue is in fact 1 below, as numbers 2,3,and 4 give me an instant soft-on. I could easily invest in EDE directly if I so desired. There is zero appeal to an ASX-listed co that is merely a proxy for another ASX-listed co.
