Well that explains some of the trading over the past couple of days. Long term, those whole holding on Friday will score big time.
240m current shares
120m new shares
360m total shares post-placement
360m @.005c equates to a MC of $1.8m. Ludicrously low.
To justify the current MC of $4m (@0.016), the post-placement SP will need to be 0.011.
Therefore, all things remaining equal, participation in the placement is no-brainer (for traders and investors alike).
