it could just be a partially executed order ….in my opinion when a stock is trading XE status all bets are off … only 352 million shares ,issuing 88m at 1:4 @.015 .. now I will take up my rights ..but otherwise I would have buy orders in at .015,.014 .013,.012.....it has reached .025 while holding ...I only hold because I like the name...
