It's impossible for them to raise a cent at 0.1 offered. And the 0.1 offer just keeps getting bigger.
It may as well not happen, so why are they stil doing it??. I assume also they must have an announcement lined up before the closing date on 12 August 2013. Extremely wishful thinking..
