Wow what a disaster of a raising!
If it wasn't for EZ Corp this would be absolute cactus!
Shows no confidence in management at all, on the bright side EZ Corp could now make a play quite easily, AUD crashing, shareprice down, lots of shares going to the underwriters who will likely sell for a quick profit.
They could move to 35-40% holding without pushing the price above 35c!
They also happen to be pretty cashed up and looking for growth at the moment too
