Been following this stock for years with the dubious distinction of having lost money twice on it. Just bought the other day at 31 based on the thought that the price was being "manipulated" below the CR price so most holders would not take up their entitlement and EZ could buy more potentially on their way to a buy out but I would not bet on it. The stock is cheap on all metrics with minimal downside risk IMO but has an unsavoury profile (a bit like RDF). A public interview on 4 corners? A while back in which the CEO did not cover himself in glory has put the co in the too hard basket. PPT became substantial in the 2013 at prices above $1 and still hold over 10%. Will make a buy out price interesting.

As mentioned will probably not move until lawsuit is resolved (settled) and probably will take a few quarters after for dust to settle and get some interest back in the stock. Whatever the outcome of the lawsuit, it will be a one off event.

The plan is to sell some/all before lawsuit result and buy back on dip when lawsuit is resolved. A replay of CBA as history does rhyme. Reckon it's worth at least 60. If u don't have a plan, u have a plan to fail.
