... I see 2 year oppies (NUSOA), I don’t see 3?

And I also don’t see any sellers, just buyers stacked up. So I assume it would be hard to gather any meaningful amount of these at a good price.

The fully paids sub 20 seem a very attractive proposition. Unless you see some supply come to market on the NUSOA’s at say, sub 3c. Otherwise it doesn’t even make sense to try. You could miss the boat altogether whilst hoping.
