Look at the history of Gold Road, Perseus, Doray ..list goes on.. Having a great resource base is not meaningful unless the management can drive the project ( one aspect of that being to get funding at attractive cost ). Lucky the issue is fully underwritten .. I will rather buy the 3 year oppies instead of stock
