I'll tell you why I'm bullish on RFF.
Property prices have a historical trend to increase over time, typically beating inflation.
More importantly, world population is going to explode in the next 40 years. With that comes a large need for quality foods.

That is nearly a 50% increase in population since 2011. I will be (without unforseens) be around in 2056. Where will the food come from? As less land is available to people to build housing, there will be a premium for high quality land with top quality soils and gazing land.
